4umi Bookmarklets are categorized according to their function. Consequently scripts that are only interesting for some have been mixed with really useful bookmarklets. All bookmarklets were written for IE, but most are compatible. Not all bookmarklets function very well if at all on this particular page, use common sense and the refresh button :-).

| Pops up the list of tags that make up the page, with attributes and indentation.

Last Modified
| Alerts the date the document was last modified (or each document if in frames).

| Pops up a list of all links on a page. If there is no link text (but an image), the url is displayed.

Edit |
|
Contentedit
| Toggles a page between being normal and being directly editable. Useful for removing ads before printing, enlarging input boxes in forms, committing fraud, etc. Note that links cannot be clicked when editable so if you click now, you will have to refresh the page to toggle back.

Clear Colors
| Makes background white, text black, links blue and old links purple. Just like the old days.

No Stylesheets
| Disables all stylesheets. Any styles specified outside sheets will remain.
|
|
Grayscale
| Toggles the page between shades of gray and the normal rainbow.
|
|
Highlight links
| Toggles a yellow background behind all links on a page.
|
|
Table borders
| Toggles borders around table cells. This removes or adds the lines between rows and between columns. Can also emphasize the role of tables in page lay-out.

Sourcedit
| Pops up the source of a page in an editing area. Includes "Apply" and "Restore" buttons.

Table row numbers
| Adds a column with row numbers on the left of a table. The top row is number 1.

Table flip
| Turns table rows into columns and vice versa.

Table sort
| Allows sorting of a table by different columns. "Ascending" and "Descending" links for each column are inserted at the top of each table on a page.
